Mimiron bites the dust. Let me describe you how it happen. After a quick one shot of Freya, we headed down the corridor that leads to the train on the way to Mimiron. First couple of tries were a bit flaky, but moving to the right direction, especially when our tank found his Shield wall button (Front page news Anu!! :-) ). After that though everything worked (well almost everything, if you know what I mean), and we managed to kill his Robotic monstrocity, and get some new loot. Congrats to all the Hippies for their focused attempts.

 

General is next, hopefully sooner than later. Keep up the good work Hippies.

As soon as patch 3.1 got released, the hippies jumped into the new stuff. Ulduar looks good, the bosses are interesting, and finally challenging. There is nothing like figuring out ways of killing new bosses!

Progress wise -we did manage to kill some bosses early on as well! We have killed everything leading up to Mimiron on 25man (he proved to be something of a nuisance, but this week he should go down), and everything up to Yoggi on 10man. We have also downed Emalon, Archavon’s older brother, but that’s basically a given. And all that in 3 days of raiding per week. So far, so good hippies. Keep it up!

In other words, OS3D Conquered. After 2 weeks of not attempting 3D, due to various reasons,we got together grinned our teeth with determination and pulled it off.

In that beautiful evening, even the first attempts were rock solid, and were promising that this was going to be the night. Half an hour later Sartharion and his 3 buddies went down with a huge *hippie* cheer! 25 Hippies had a new title, and more will shortly follow.

We hope that the long wait for 3.1 is closing to an end…

The hippies did it again! Whilst cruising in Obsidian sanctum,  we stumbled upon Sartharion and his 2 drake buddies. Even though they tried to bully us, on our second attempt of the night, everything clicked, and we showed them some hippie “love”. THH rock!!

We have managed to clear everything that Blizz threw at us. Always in our own, hippie, way :-) .  Only thing left now are some achievements (we have done a fair few thus far, and working towards Sartharion 2D+3D), and the long wait for more content. Let’s hope that Ulduar will prove to be more of a challenge.

 

On another note our former guild master, Klhunter, stepped down from power. I hope that I am speaking for everyone in the guild when I thank him for all the hard work (and the thousands of gold) that he offered to the guild. As the new GM I promise that me and the officer team will keep up the good work, and strive to make this guild the place to be in Runetotem.

    It has now been ages since our last update to this frontpage. Not because we've been slack at anything, except the update itself :)
Since WOTLK was released we have done a fair bit of raiding, and killed a few bosses. But for some reason we just haven't had any nice screenshots to show for it. So, I figure this will be a decent substitute (images shown in no particular order):
